Will my card be charged after the trial?
No card is collected for the invitation-based trial. You choose whether to subscribe separately.
Can I use it for another trade?
Customer records, enquiries, bookings, quotes and invoices work across many small service trades. You set your own services and prices. Specialist certifications and regulated trade advice are not supplied.
Is Annie unlimited?
No. Text and voice allowances, request size and budget safeguards apply. Your account shows usage. Failed provider attempts can count; manual tools remain available when AI allowance is reached.
How do I cancel?
Once paid subscriptions open, manage or cancel renewal through your account’s Stripe portal. A deletion request is separate from subscription cancellation.
